Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We will deliver all products after payment has been received and processed, which can take up to 3 days.
USPS Parcel Post and UPS/FEDEX Ground Shipping can take from 3 to 7 business days (depending on location)
USPS Priority Shipping can take from 3 to 5 business days (depending on location)
USPS Express Shipping can take from 2 to 3 business days (depending on location)
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are not responsible for lost packages once we receive shipping confirmation from Shipping Carrier.

*** We are not responsible if order is shipped to an incorrect address. If package is returned, buyer will need to pay ship cost again.
NO RETURNS/REFUNDS: Due to hygienic reason we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any grocery food products. However, if your products arrived damaged or received incorrect items, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly work with you to send replacements products.
